​As many of you know, Liz and I met at the crossroads of a Bronco II and wine. Our first  getaway turned into two weeks of harvest internships in Napa and Sonoma. Let’s be honest—we all knew it was only a matter of time. So, with great excitement, we invite you to join us on a journey that began in the fall of 2021.

In the wake of a global pandemic and local wildfires, we were reminded of Ohana—the Hawaiian word for family. As Stitch so perfectly said, “Ohana means family, and family means no one gets left behind.” At the height of that inspiration, a community of winemakers, wine grape growers, and a region bursting with collaborative passion gave us the opportunity to make our very first wine.

Robulous was named after unintentional art (Robert's big goof up at a past job) born from questionable life decisions (they hung this thing above Robert's desk) that somehow transcends time to become a legacy (it captured everyone's attention, all who passed it added to it and over time it took on a life & personality of it's own).

Life has been a wild ride ever since. What we initially thought might amount to a few people humoring our hopes and dreams has grown into an outpouring of support and a karmic blessing—one that ultimately led to the creation of these wines and to Liz making a slightly terrifying amount of wine.

And so, here we are, inviting you along for the ride.
